The Mayor of Athens, Costas Bakogiannis, opened with his address the proceedings of the 3rd International Conference on Rare Diseases, which began on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at Technopolis, City of Athens. In his message, Mr. Bakoyannis expressed his admiration for all patients and their families.
